Automated endoscope reprocessing for modern clinical environments. Available in two sizes: Rider 50 has a single washing tank, while Rider 60 has a double washing tank for simultaneous processing.

The SHINVA Rider Endoscope Washer-Disinfector range is designed for the automated cleaning and high-level disinfection of flexible endoscopes used in gastrointestinal and respiratory procedures.

Developed in accordance with ISO 15883-4 standards, the system supports the complete reprocessing workflow including:

Fast Endoscope Turnaround: Complete wash and disinfection cycles in as little as 15 minutes, helping improve endoscope availability and workflow efficiency.

Comprehensive Wash & Disinfection: Rotating spray arms and continuous internal lumen flushing provide all-directional cleaning of both external surfaces and internal channels.

Integrated Leakage Detection: Automatic leakage testing is performed before and during processing. Visual and audio alarms are triggered if leakage exceeds allowable limits, helping protect valuable endoscopes from damage.

Built-In Water Treatment: Dual-stage filtration (0.45μm and 0.2μm) helps ensure high-quality rinse water and reduces contamination risk.

Sterile Water Final Rinse: Sterile water filtration supports improved infection prevention and minimises secondary contamination.

Drying Functions: Optional air drying and alcohol drying modes assist with effective lumen drying after reprocessing.

Self-Disinfection Program: Independent self-disinfection cycles help maintain internal hygiene of the washer-disinfector itself following maintenance or downtime.
